Where to find your version and logs
- Version: shown in AutoOffload's About / settings screen.
- Logs (local files — they never leave your machine until you send them):
- macOS:
~/Library/Logs/AutoOffload/ - Windows:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\AutoOffload\Logs\
- macOS:
- Per-offload records: each run also writes a CSV manifest and an HTML report inside a hidden
_autooffloadfolder next to your copied files. Attaching the relevant report helps us see exactly what happened on that run.
Attaching your logs (and a screenshot of the error) to the bug report above lets us diagnose most issues without any back-and-forth.
